 Worm
gear operator is designed and manufactured by ourselves. It has the
following features:
1). Full seal type. There is seal component in the lumen of worm gear
box and the transition parts connected with the outside. Inside the
box is grease and oil liquid, which can be suitable for using in the
abominable environment of dirty and moist. Even it can be dipped into
the water for a long use.
2). Equal intensity design. Adopting full new structure. It changes
the pressure on the spot into pressure on the surface and changes
the enduring pull force into enduring pressure of the casting. Through
these changes, it get rid of the weakness in the base completely and
make the worm gear box having equal output moment have more smaller
volume.
3). High efficient design. We adopt planet gear operation or bevel
gear operation according to the vertical or horizontal installation
so that the valve can be opened and closed flexibly.
4). Unique bi-directional indication mechanism.
